Terms of service

The scope and conditions for using this independent AI video studio.

Last updated: 2026-10-16

The service

Crazy Frog AI is an independent AI video creation tool. It is not affiliated with Crazy Frog, the creator of Jean Philanthrope, TikTok, Instagram or any cryptocurrency. Features are available only when the corresponding service is connected. Concept images are illustrations of a direction, not guaranteed video outputs.

Your account and permissions

Use the service only if you are an adult and can agree to these terms. Keep your account secure. You may use your own portrait, photos of other adults who have explicitly consented to this AI-generated use, or fictional-character media you own or are licensed to use. You must also have the necessary rights to the uploaded media. Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, exploitation, illegal content, harassment or infringement of others' rights.

Acceptable use for AI-generated content

The service is for adults. Use only photographs, recordings, prompts and reference material that you own or are permitted to use. Crazy Frog AI, Jean Phil and Hotel Lobby support creative AI-generated performances using your own portrait or photos of other adults with their explicit consent to this use, as well as authorized fictional-character images. For group photos or separate photos of friends, obtain permission from every person depicted and hold the necessary image rights. Generated scenes are fictional and must not be represented as records of real events.

The following content and uses are prohibited:

  1. Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit content, nudification, sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate imagery.
  2. Violence / gore: graphic injury or gore, threats, or content promoting violent abuse.
  3. Hate speech: content attacking or dehumanizing people based on protected characteristics or promoting hateful violence.
  4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM): any sexual depiction or exploitation of minors, including synthetic depictions, and material facilitating child abuse.
  5. Deepfakes / impersonation: unauthorized realistic likenesses, deepfakes or voice clones of real individuals; deceptive impersonation of people or organizations; fraud, political manipulation or materially misleading disinformation. Do not present synthetic statements or actions as authentic recordings or imply a person’s endorsement without permission. Nudification and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited. Consent does not permit any other prohibited use listed above.
  6. Copyright / trademark infringement: unlicensed copying or redistribution, infringing characters or branding, and false claims of affiliation or endorsement. A reference-source link is attribution, not a license.

Content checks and their limits

Before a generation request is sent to the generation model, we scan user prompts using local text rules and the configured automated content-safety service. This applies to Write a prompt on the homepage and /studio, Text to Video at /ai-video-generator, and Text to Image at /ai-image-generator. Prompts that are rejected, still awaiting review, or cannot be checked because the safety service is unavailable do not proceed to generation. Supported uploaded media also undergo automated checks. Generated images and videos are checked before the application releases their result links. A rejected request or output is blocked; a pending or unavailable safety check holds delivery rather than approving it. Review status and provider task references are recorded with the generation task.

Automated checks are not a guarantee that every violation is detected. Video checking samples frames; it does not inspect every frame or establish music rights, identity consent, or the truth of an event. Song checks cover text and cover images, not the complete audio track. Review your output before sharing and label synthetic media as AI-generated.

Reporting, review and enforcement

Report prohibited content, rights complaints or an incorrect safety decision to help@aicrazyfrog.com, or use Support Tickets in your account. Include the task ID or accessible content URL, the reason for the report, and supporting information you are entitled to share. Do not email passwords or payment-card details.

We review the report and available task records, may request clarification, and can reject generation requests, hold or remove violating outputs, and restrict abusive access. We may preserve relevant records when required to investigate abuse or comply with law. Contact the same address to appeal a decision and provide the task ID and any relevant correction. Not every output receives manual review. Credit returns and purchase refunds follow the separate sections below and applicable consumer rights.

Report handling timelines

For reports received through the email or account support channel above, we will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide an initial assessment or a request for necessary information within 3 business days of receipt. We normally complete the review and notify the reporter of the outcome and applicable action within 7 business days of receipt.

Reports indicating child exploitation, credible threats of imminent harm, or other serious safety risks receive priority, with an initial response within 24 hours of receipt. When a serious violation is confirmed, we promptly restrict access to the affected content or account while completing the investigation, and report to the appropriate authorities where required.

Our process is: receive and acknowledge the report → assess risk and review available evidence → decide and apply appropriate measures → notify the reporter of the outcome, subject to privacy and legal limits. If evidence gathering or a complex investigation requires more time, we will notify the reporter before the applicable deadline, explain the reason, and give a revised expected completion date; this does not delay necessary protective measures.

Appeals may be sent to the same email or account support channel with the task ID, decision and supporting information. We acknowledge appeals within 2 business days and normally provide a review outcome within 10 business days of receipt, with the same notice procedure for extensions. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in China, in the Asia/Shanghai time zone; the 24-hour urgent-response period uses elapsed hours. Please provide a working reply address so we can send updates.

Accounts and underlying models

Sign-in options are shown only when configured for this site. Crazy Frog AI is an independent service, not an official product of a model provider. The Crazy Frog AI and Jean Phil workflows use MiniMax H3 through the H3 Direct integration; Hotel Lobby uses MiniMax H3 through SEEAPI. Inherited tools also have configured routes for Seedance 2.5 and AI Music M3; image/video selectors identify their requested model. Availability depends on the configured service. Model changes do not remove content checks.

The rights and consent requirement is a usage rule and an upload declaration, not a claim that the application can automatically authenticate a subject’s identity, consent or the provenance of every image. Automated moderation has the limitations described above.

Generation and credits

The studio shows the estimated credit cost before you submit a generation. Costs depend on the selected model, duration and resolution. AI output can vary, and we do not guarantee exact identity preservation, motion replication, commercial clearance or a specific aesthetic result.

Credits are deducted through the generation task system. A confirmed failed task returns the deducted generation credits. A credit return is not a cash refund; purchase refunds are handled under the purchase terms below. If a request is delayed or its status is uncertain, check your creations before starting another paid request. An unsatisfactory but technically completed video is not the same as a failed task.

Purchases

Credit packs are one-time purchases with the amount and validity period shown at checkout. There is no automatic subscription on the displayed packs. A purchase is confirmed only after the payment provider's verified result. When Waffo Pancake processes the purchase, it acts as merchant of record and reseller for that transaction; Crazy Frog AI remains responsible for its creation service and credits. Waffo Buyer Terms govern its purchase service. Any refund request is assessed with the transaction details and applicable consumer rights; this page does not remove those rights.

Sharing outputs

Review your videos before sharing. Identify synthetic media as AI-generated and follow the platform's rules. A credit purchase does not include a license to the original music or third-party characters. Use only music, characters and other material you are permitted to use. You remain responsible for how you publish or use an output.

Availability and support

Provider demand, maintenance or service failures can affect availability and processing time. Use your account support area to report a problem, including the task or order identifier where available. We may restrict abusive use and update these terms when the service changes.

Crazy Frog photo-to-chase workflow

The homepage accepts one photo of an authorized adult, pet or character. It pairs that photo with the attributed chase reference, using MiniMax H3. The rider is intended to retain the subject’s appearance, not transform into a frog. The default is 14 seconds, 768P, 16:9 for 210 credits; 576P costs 126 credits. Identity, animal anatomy, flips, camera continuity and audio can vary. No original Crazy Frog song license is included. The chase is fictional entertainment and must not be presented as evidence of real conduct.
