How Crazy Frog AI handles accounts, uploads and creative work.
Last updated: 2026-10-16
Your account and creations
Crazy Frog AI uses the account information you provide to sign you in, record credit balances and make your creations available to you. Account sessions use essential cookies. You can manage your profile, credit history and support requests in your account.
Drafts and uploaded photos
The studio saves scene settings and written prompts in your current browser so you can return to an idea. Reference photos are previewed on your device and are not saved with these browser drafts. A selected photo is uploaded only when you submit a generation request.
Submitted prompts, reference images and generation settings are processed by the configured AI provider to make your video. Uploaded files and completed media may be stored with the configured storage provider. Do not upload information you do not want processed for this purpose. Use only media you have rights to use. You may upload your own portrait or photos of other adults who have explicitly consented to this AI processing and generation; for group photos, obtain consent from everyone depicted.
Payments
When checkout is available, the payment provider processes the transaction. The application records an order identifier, product, amount, payment status and resulting credit changes. Full card details are handled by the checkout provider, not by the studio's forms. Viewing a price or saving a draft does not make a purchase.
Service operation
Technical request and error records help operate the service, prevent abuse and investigate failed tasks. If enabled for this site, Google Analytics 4 is used to understand page visits and site usage. Google may use cookies and process device, browser, referral and interaction information. Payment analytics records plan selection, checkout steps, error categories, opaque order identifiers, amounts and confirmed credit grants. It excludes payment-card details and checkout links. We do not intentionally send uploaded images, generated media, names or email addresses as analytics event parameters. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy. You can block analytics through your browser settings or Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Google sign-in and media links
Google sign-in shares the basic name, profile image and email permitted at authorization to create and authenticate your account. The application does not request access to Gmail messages or Google Drive files. Media is stored through Cloudflare R2 and configured AI services. Account task records are restricted to their owner, but a person who obtains a full media URL may retrieve that asset; do not treat media links as confidential storage. Removing a library entry does not guarantee immediate deletion of provider or downloaded copies.
Retention and requests
Creation records and media may remain available while needed to provide the service and resolve billing or support issues. We do not promise an automatic deletion period that has not been implemented. You can request access, correction or deletion through the support area in your account. Some records may need to be retained for transaction or security obligations.
Third-party services
AI generation, storage, authentication and checkout can involve third-party providers under their own terms and policies. Only the services configured for the live site are used. This policy describes the site's intended operation; Google sign-in and paid checkout are available only when configured and enabled for this site.
